Muzak has been at the forefront of the sensory branding industry for more than 75 years. From Aveda to Boeing, many of the world’s biggest brands in business partner with Muzak to enhance their brand image. To help streamline the audio imaging process for prospective customers, Muzak needed a robust web-based application that could match a brand’s unique personality to the right sound experience.
Working closely with Muzak’s audio architects and program specialists, we defined an intuitive user interface strategy that would facilitate a self-guided audio imaging process called myImage. The application empowers prospective customers to create custom programs that are consistent with their brands by answering a series of questions about budget, brand personality and target audience. Pre-determined responses ranging from cutting-edge and active urban to sexy and invigorating help customers find the perfect audio identity.
