ACN, the world’s largest direct seller of telecommunications and essential services, has a unique business model that gives individuals the opportunity to build their own business by offering everyday services (think phone, Internet, home security/ automation, etc.) to Residential and Small Business customers. Referred to as IBOs (Independent Business Owners), individuals cultivate their own home-based business without large investment or risk - and they receive the complete support of the ACN network.
While it sounds like an ideal business opportunity, when it came to brand management and product messaging, ACN was ready for a refreshed brand look and message simplification. Those needs brought ACN to Union (formerly Studiobanks).
After several productive strategy sessions (and lots of lively roundtable discussions), we isolated core opportunities - and devised plans to solve each of those needs.
With requirements in hand, Union created an entirely new online customer experience for ACN. Their web presence became more responsive to multiple device formats through the use of Adaptive techniques—and it took on a fresh and sophisticated look, delivering a crisper and more dynamic storytelling experience.
The new online experience fully matches the ACN brand personality, fostering business owner trust, nurturing a greater understanding of direct business, and encouraging valuable conversions.
